Overview
This Cookie Notice explains how NEUROSCALE LLC ("Neuroscale," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies, pixels, SDKs, and similar technologies on our public websites, and the choices available to you. It supplements our Privacy Notice, which describes how we handle personal information more broadly.
A cookie is a small text file placed on your device when you visit a website. Related technologies — pixels (tiny images that report a page or email was loaded), local storage, and SDKs — serve similar purposes, and we refer to all of them as "cookies" in this Notice.
1. Categories of cookies we use
We group the technologies on our websites into three categories. Only the first loads by default.

2. Advertising tags, consent, and restricted data use
Advertising and measurement tags load only after you grant advertising-category consent through our consent manager. Each platform is engaged under its restricted-data-use or limited-data-use terms, which contractually confine the platform to acting as Neuroscale's service provider for measurement and attribution and prohibit it from using the data for its own cross-context behavioral advertising.
On that basis, and as explained in Section 7 of our Privacy Notice, Neuroscale does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) and similar state laws.
3. Your choices
- Consent manager. Where consent is required, a dialog is presented on your first visit. You can change your choices at any time through the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of our website, which re-opens the dialog.
- Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honor the GPC signal on our public-facing websites and treat it as a request to opt out of "sale," "sharing," and (where state law so provides) targeted advertising, to the extent applicable to our processing.
- Browser controls. Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site — including the sign-in flow — from working.
- Platform opt-outs. The advertising platforms named above offer their own opt-out controls, described in their respective privacy policies.
4. Retention
Consent and opt-out records are retained per our Records Retention Schedule to evidence compliance. Individual cookies persist for the lifetime described in the consent manager's per-cookie disclosure, ranging from the browser session to a maximum of 13 months for advertising cookies.
5. Changes to this Notice
We will update this Notice when the technologies on our websites change. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision; material changes will be highlighted through the consent manager on your next visit.
